For 1st year of full-time and part-time Master’s Students
The Wrocław University of Economics and Bussines is pleased to announce the upcoming recruitment for the Double Degree Program in cooperation with the University of Palermo (UNIPA).
This unique educational opportunity allows full-time master’s students to obtain two professional degrees within one course of study:
MASTER’S DEGREE FROM THE WROCŁAW UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSSINES
Programme: Business Management
MASTER’S DEGREE FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF PALERMO
Faculty: Scienze Economico-aziendali
Programme: Entrepreneurship and Management

Why is it worth participating?
The program is designed for students who wish to gain international management skills.
The main benefits of participation are:
Double master’s degree
Graduates receive two independent diplomas recognized in Poland and Italy by defending one master’s thesis.
Students mobility
The program includes one semester of study at our partner University in Palermo (SEMESTER 2).
English language Instruction
All courses are taught in English, helping students become proficient in business terminology.
Financial conditions
Program participants are exempt from additional tuition fees at the partner university. There is also an opportunity to apply for mobility funding through the Erasmus+ program.
TEACHING PROGRAM
During their stay at the University of Palermo, students take courses that allow them to earn 30 ECTS credits.
The learning agreement includes the following courses:
- Financial Accounting
- Strategic Planning and Control
- Business Strategy
- Game Theory
- Statistics for Economics & Business
RECRUITMENT CRITERIA
In accordance with the PPD agreement, the limit is 5 students per academic year.
Admission to the program is determined by:
- Status of a first-year student of full-time or part-time second-cycle studies in the Business Management Programme.
- Documented knowledge of English at a minimum level of B2.
- Evaluation of the applicant’s academic career.
- Completed application form submitted on time.
- Positive result of the interview.
SCHEDULE
Students qualified for the program will follow this schedule:
- Semester 1: Wrocław University of Economics and Bussines.
- Semester 2: University of Palermo.
- Semesters 3 and 4: Return to the home university, preparation and defense of the thesis (WRITTEN IN ENGLISH UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF TWO SUPERVISORS).
